With 1:1 training, we meet (virtually) twice/week for 60 minutes. On the days you aren’t with me, I provide you with a customized training plan so you know exactly what workouts to do, and on which days to do them. Working 1:1 with a coach can be a total game changer. The personalized attention and programming can make all the difference.
